	ACUTE HAZARDS	PREVENTION	FIRE FIGHTING
FIRE & EXPLOSION	Combustible.	NO open flames, NO sparks and NO smoking.	In case of fire in the surroundings: all extinguishing agents allowed.

STRICT HYGIENE!
	SYMPTOMS	PREVENTION	FIRST AID
Inhalation	Dizziness. Headache. Cough.	Avoid inhalation of vapour. Use breathing protection.	Fresh air, rest.
Skin	Dry skin. Redness.	Protective clothing. Protective gloves.	Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap.
Eyes	Redness. Itching.	Wear eye protection in combination with breathing protection.	First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then refer for medical attention.
Ingestion		Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.	Seek medical attention if you feel unwell.

ENVIRONMENT
This substance does enter the environment under normal use. Great care, however, should be taken to avoid any additional release, for example through inappropriate disposal.

NOTES
Heavy fuel oils are complex and variable mixtures. Generally these oils include asphaltenes, aromatics, saturated hydrocarbons and heteromolecules containing sulfur, oxygen, nitrogen and metals. Fuel oil 6 contains about 15%parafins, 45% naphthenes, 25% aromatics and 15% hydrocarbons. Its contains also organometallic compounds such has vanadium, aluminium and nickel.
