	ACUTE HAZARDS	PREVENTION	FIRE FIGHTING
FIRE & EXPLOSION	Combustible. Gives off irritating or toxic fumes (or gases) in a fire. Above 91°C explosive vapour/air mixtures may be formed.	NO open flames. Above 91°C use a closed system and ventilation.	Use foam, water spray, dry powder, carbon dioxide.


	SYMPTOMS	PREVENTION	FIRST AID
Inhalation	Cough.	Use ventilation or local exhaust.	Fresh air, rest. Seek medical attention if you feel unwell.
Skin	Redness.	Protective gloves.	Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap. Refer for medical attention if skin irritation occurs.
Eyes	Redness. Pain.	Wear safety spectacles.	Rinse with plenty of water (remove contact lenses if easily possible).
Ingestion	Sore throat.	Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work.	Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Refer for medical attention if you fell unwell.

Personal protection: filter respirator for organic gases and vapours adapted to the airborne concentration of the substance. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment. Collect leaking liquid in sealable plastic containers. Carefully collect remainder. Then store and dispose of according to local regulations.
