  ACUTE HAZARDS PREVENTION FIRE FIGHTING
FIRE & EXPLOSION Gives off irritating or toxic fumes (or gases) in a fire.  Risk of explosion. Explosive.  NO open flames, NO sparks and NO smoking.  Do NOT expose to friction or shock. Closed system, dust explosion-proof electrical equipment and lighting. Prevent deposition of dust.  Use water in large amounts, powder, carbon dioxide.  Combat fire from a sheltered position. In case of fire: keep drums, etc., cool by spraying with water.

STRICT HYGIENE! IN ALL CASES CONSULT A DOCTOR!
  SYMPTOMS PREVENTION FIRST AID
Inhalation Weakness. Dizziness. Headache. Nausea. Convulsions. Unconsciousness.  Use closed system or ventilation.  Fresh air, rest. Refer for medical attention.
Skin   Protective gloves.  Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap.
Eyes Redness. Pain.  Wear safety goggles or eye protection in combination with breathing protection if powder.  First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then refer for medical attention.
Ingestion See Inhalation.  Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.  Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Give a slurry of activated charcoal in water to drink. Refer immediately for medical attention.
