NOTES |
---|
Technical HBCDD is made up of three main isomers: beta-HBCDD (CAS No 134237-51-7); alpha-HBCDD (CAS No 134237-50-6); gamma-HBCDD (CAS No 134237-52-8). The technical grade HBCDD consists of approximately 70-95 % γ-HBCDD and 3-30 % of α- and β-HBCDD, depending on the production method. Melting points of the isomers: 179-181 °C for α-HBCDD, 170-172 °C for β-HBCDD, 207-209 °C for γ-HBCDD. |
